Удаление данных

Motion Radar — внутренний инструмент ТОО «MOTION ADVERTISING». Мы ведём Instagram-аккаунты клиентов и храним у себя комментарии и сообщения, поступившие в эти аккаунты, чтобы на них отвечать.

Если вы писали в комментариях или в Direct такому аккаунту и хотите, чтобы ваша переписка была удалена из нашей базы, напишите об этом в Direct тому же аккаунту, в который вы писали: сообщение попадёт к нам. Укажите:

• ваше имя пользователя в Instagram (@username);
• аккаунт, которому вы писали;
• что именно удалить — комментарии, переписку или всё.

Мы удалим данные из своей базы в течение 30 дней и ответим письмом, когда это будет сделано. Плата за это не берётся, объяснять причину не требуется.

Важно: мы удаляем только свою копию. Сами комментарии и сообщения остаются в Instagram — их удаление делается в самом приложении Instagram, у нас такой возможности нет.

Motion Radar is an internal tool of MOTION ADVERTISING LLP. We manage Instagram accounts for our clients and store the comments and direct messages sent to those accounts so that our managers can answer them.

If you commented on, or sent a direct message to, one of those accounts and you want your data deleted from our database, send a direct message to the same account saying so: it reaches us. Include:

• your Instagram username (@username);
• the account you wrote to;
• what to delete — comments, messages, or everything.

We delete the data from our database within 30 days and reply by email when it is done. There is no charge and you do not have to give a reason.

Please note: we delete our own copy only. The comments and messages themselves stay in Instagram — removing them there is done in the Instagram app, which we cannot do for you.
